Prepayment & Cancellations.
How prepayment, free cancellation and refunds work for your stay.
- Booking will take place once half payment has been completed.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival and the deposit will be refunded.
- The guest will be charged the deposit (50% of the total price) if they cancel 30 days before arrival.
- Special offers to particular dates which have a “Non Refundable” note will charge the guest the total price if they cancel at any time.
